The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying qualified candidates to fill open positions. Working closely with the hiring manager to develop accurate job postings to source qualified candidates to fit the needs of the organization. Be an Erdman Anthony brand ambassador to potential talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Attract, source, and hire talent to support company’s goals working with hiring managers
  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting life cycle from requisition initiation to development and execution of sourcing plan, facilitating candidate selection, interviewing to closing and preboarding
  • Develop a pipeline database through multiple techniques including, career fairs, industry events, social media, referrals, and networking, etc., giving the ability to move quickly on growth initiatives when needed
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to assure the right fit for the role and the company culture
  • Partner, educate, consult hiring managers on recruiting strategy, market activity, and time to fill
  • Assure all candidates are accounted for in applicant tracking system for tracking and recording in Affirmative Action Plan
  • Partner with Marketing to develop a recruitment marketing brand to better attract, engage, entice, and hire top talent.
  • Be the interface for external recruiters when appropriate
  • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting and branding techniques to attract and compete in a competitive market
  • Partner with hiring managers on effective interviewing skills
  • Develop a College Recruiting Program, through partnerships, career fairs, interview days and university events

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a technical recruiting environment
  • Experience with identifying passive job seekers.
  • Ability to understand the needs of the business and applying those to sourcing plans
  • Experience using a variety of recruiting tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, Indeed, Breezy, etc.
  • Knowledge of State and Federal Employment Laws, solid HR generalist background
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Agency experience a plus
  • Knowledge of the engineering industry a plus
